Homemade Applesauce and apple jelly made in Wisconsin

Started peeling apples at 5:45 a.m. to make apple sauce and apple jelly. It was a busy morning for one person ,ME! The applesauce turned out so great tasting. Didn’t can all of it but willwith something else.
All jars took and seal well.

I meant to say I cut two small apples and put them in the jelly not two pieces.

    I did the finger taste in pot of jelly and bowl of applesauce and they are great. Doing last of applesauce (3) of applesauce and some beans.
