Simple Return Policy
Port Deco Divers will gladly refund the purchase price or exchange items purchased from us that do not meet your expectations. Simply present your return in new condition, along with your receipt within thirty days of purchase, and we’ll provide you with a full refund.
To return/exchange items purchased online:
1. Print & fill out our Return & Exchange Form
2. Pack the products you are returning (in the original packaging if possible) and include your printed Return & Exchange Form

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for returned/exchanged items; exceptions to this policy are manufacturer’s defects, damaged products, or errors made by Port Deco Divers.
To exchange an online order item for a different size:
1. Place a new order for the correct size that you need
2. Call or email us with the new order; we will refund the original order for the incorrect sized item so you will not incur double-charges
3. You will be sent a shipping label to return the wrong-sized item
To return/exchange items in-store, simply bring your items to our location along with your original receipt within 30 days of purchase.
We accept returns and exchanges, and also via delivery to our store. Please call 262-268-8400 to check availability for all exchanges sent to our store. All refunds will be made to the original source of payment. Refund checks will take 15-30 days to process.
Exclusions: Scuba cylinders, gift cards, classes and items in used condition, and shipping charges cannot be refunded. A restocking fee may apply to special ordered products, camera equipment, and other select items.
We encourage the use of insured and verifiable shipping methods for all packages being returned.
